Lisa Wimberger spent years hiding her seizure disorder and managing through it. As time went on, the events became more serious and when she finally experienced one in the doctor’s office, she had a diagnosis. Vagus nerve grand mal seizure. It turns out, her lifelong study of meditation, relaxation and stress reduction would lead her right to the science to reprogram her brain function.
She spent the next several months learning more about exactly what was happening when her seizures were triggered in order to ‘sculpt’ a new pathway. And it worked.
Today, Lisa runs the Neurosculpting Institute in Denver, CO, has written several books on the process of neurosculpting and teaches others to reprogram their brain patterns to resolve seizure disorders, PTSD, and a multitude of other issues. She teaches workshops, retreats as well as online events worldwide. This simple method, while it takes a daily practice, is absolutely life changing and in many cases, beating medicine at healing chronic conditions. Mind-body, we all know they work together!
