Jesse Cody shares the moment when he stood among more than 50 family and friends at his 40th birthday party and realized something was wrong. This moment of truth led him down a path both figuratively and literally as he stepped onto the Appalachian Trail in March of 2015 and never looked back.
His story is one we can all relate to where life kind of hits us right in the face and one we often aspire to as he took a giant leap of change. He’s since hiked more than 5,000 miles and launched a movement called ‘Hike the Good Hike’ to inspire others to seek movement, especially in nature.
Needless to say, I loved every minute of this conversation. And I’m aching to get out and hike. Thank you Jesse!!!
